ELS – a group support programme
An intensive Early Literacy Support programme for a group or groups of children
needing extra support following their first term in Year 1. This programme has now been withdrawn as it does
not link with Letters and Sounds. We recommend that schools use the revised ELS programme published by
DCFS in Spring 2008.
