Overview
The project provides analyses and data which help LAs and schools to make more effective use of pupil performance data. The project provides a range of analyses and datafiles to support the processes of self-evaluation (using value-added analyses) and target-setting (using estimates).
From a total of 55 in July 2001, we are now working with all LAs in England and Wales.
Although the project was not originally 'advertised' other than in the original letter to CEOs (April 2001),
the majority of LA members came on board following positive comments and feedback which they received from
colleagues in neighbouring LAs who were already part of the project
Please note that this project aims to work in partnership with LAs. We are not able to respond to queries
from schools. Schools must direct any questions or feedback to their appropriate LA contact who will then,
if necessary, contact us for information or to provide feedback.
